Job summary

A leading energy company based in the UAE is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead and maintain Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across the project site. The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of HSE leadership experience, preferably in construction on large international projects. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, including UAE specifics, is vital for this role, alongside auditing qualifications and incident investigation experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of site-based HSE leadership experience in Construction/Commissioning.
• Auditor certification for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is a plus.
• Familiarity with international HSE regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, implement, and maintain HSE standards across the project site.
• Monitor compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct incident investigations and prepare formal reports.
