Job summary

A leading engineering solutions provider in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Project Engineer for the oil and gas sector. The role involves supporting the Project Manager in delivering project deliverables, coordinating with various stakeholders, managing technical aspects, and ensuring project timelines are met. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, 10-12 years of relevant experience, and excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in PMC is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of relevant oil and gas experience.
• Previous experience in PMC is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineering contractors, site personnel, and other stakeholders.
• Manage and oversee all technical and engineering aspects of project deliverables.
• Review project designs, drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure they meet client requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor construction progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and support in risk mitigation.
• Liaise with stakeholders including clients, consultants, and suppliers.
