Parsons is seeking a talented Project Controls Manager to join our team.

1. Lead planning, scheduling, progress measurement, risk management, change management, and reporting for the entire project.
2. Provide guidance and assistance to planning & risk staff, interface with clients, and participate in meetings.
3. Develop, implement, and maintain project controls processes, procedures, systems, and tools, ensuring compliance.
4. Organize project controls workshops/meetings to address and resolve control issues with contractors/consultants.
5. Create a Master Schedule considering interdependencies among multiple packages to assess impacts across projects.
6. Review and communicate consent for Contractors’ Baseline schedules in accordance with contract conditions and Parsons practices.
7. Validate resource allocation for timely project completion.
8. Identify potential risks and conflicts, documenting them in the Project Risk Register.
9. Verify and evaluate planning and scheduling information, identifying delays and suggesting mitigation strategies.
10. Conduct “What if” analyses to assess impacts of changes and provide alternative solutions.
11. Prepare progress reports, analyze programs, and present updates on milestones.
12. Assess claims related to delays and disruptions using delay analysis methodologies.
13. Coordinate with PMC, Contractors, and the Employer to resolve scheduling issues.
14. Work with the Client to finalize programs, reports, and claims.
15. Attend meetings, provide input, and prepare minutes.
16. Maintain trackers/logs to monitor critical issues during design and construction.
17. Establish progress measurement systems and key indicators with stakeholders.
18. Communicate effectively, conduct presentations, and respond analytically to notices and issues.
19. Keep detailed project records and issue delay notices when necessary.
20. Manage a team of planning engineers, providing technical and leadership support.

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• 15+ years of planning and scheduling experience across various projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations.
