Job summary

A software solutions company in the UAE seeks an experienced Odoo Implementer to lead end-to-end ERP projects. Responsibilities include requirement gathering, project management, module configuration, and user training. Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects across multiple industries
  • Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into system configurations
  • Manage project timelines, scope, milestones, and deliverables
  • Configure Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, POS, etc.)
  • Coordinate with development teams for customizations and integrations
  • Deliver training sessions and user onboarding
  • Prepare documentation, workflows, and client reports
  • Ensure successful Go-Live and provide post-implementation support
  • Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders and project teams
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Odoo Implementer or ERP Project Manager
  • Strong understanding of business processes (Sales, Accounting, HR, Operations, etc.)
  • Hands‑on experience configuring Odoo (Community or Enterprise)
  • Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
  • UAE‑based candidates preferred
