Excellent communication and budget management skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years’ experience managing luxury villa or high-end residential projects.
• Strong technical understanding of civil works, MEP systems, and luxury materials.
• Experience coordinating multiple consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the project lifecycle from planning to final handover.
• Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors.
