Job Title: OBDX Senior SME (Business Analyst / SME)
Location: MBHQ, Al Asayel Street, Downtown, Dubai
Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension
Work Schedule: 8 hours per day | 40 hours per week | Monthly timesheet

Qualifications / Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or Postgraduate
- 15+ years’ experience in Corporate Channel Banking implementation
- Subject Matter expertise and hands-on experience of Channel banking
- Experience in Product Designing and implementation with respect to business requirements
- Cross border team working experience
- Knowledge of Banking domain is a must
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent Business Process Management experience
- Experience of working in large scale transformation projects – involving process optimization and changes
- Good verbal and written communication including ability to prepare system documentation
- Ability to interpret solution documentation and identify areas of concern and recommend approach
- Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines
- Ability to communicate clearly with business users and Tech lead
- Ability to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfaces
- Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support
- Working knowledge and experience in deploying and exposing APIs using API Connects
Key Result Areas
- Subject Matter expert of Channel Banking. Work in partnership with GTB Product Owners, Business Analyst, and other Technology teams.
- Domain knowledge of Channel banking or similar banking platform
- Translate business requirements to vendor specific documents
- Set up, manage and validate builds from vendor
- Engage with the entire product organization considering business drivers, anticipate roadblocks, encourage contributions from QA, and quickly address concerns
- Perform deployments, measure impacts, gather issue information and coordinate with vendor on issue resolution
- Analyze system issues, participate in root cause analysis and prioritization decisions
- Support SIT, regressions, performance tuning and integrations - strategy, scenarios and cases
- Perform impact assessments of change requests on implemented product and facilitate production deployments
- Support business and operations through testing cycles and adhere to defined SLA with vendor
- Manage and track OBDX system performance, participate technically and functionally in process optimization
- Ensure technology projects have approvals from ISG, technology architecture, hardware sizing and meet all audit controls
- Coordinate product training for business & operations users
Job Summary
Client is implementing the Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX) platform across GCC countries and other international banking locations. To support this large-scale initiative, we are seeking a Technical Analyst (Techno-Functional Expert) who will play a key role in the deployment, integration, and optimization of the Oracle OBDX platform. This role is responsible for bridging business and technical requirements, ensuring seamless system interactions across multiple bank applications and country-specific environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, technical, and communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Designers, and Engineers.
