A leading recruitment firm in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced professional to develop business strategies and manage operational systems in the aviation sector. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree and over 8 years of business management experience, particularly in aircraft refuelling. The role includes conducting feasibility studies, managing quality systems, and providing reports to stakeholders. Excellent communication skills are essential, with fluency in English required.
Develop and implement robust strategy and business plan ensuring best use of the organisations resources across the Emirates.
Identification of business development opportunities including establishing new client relationships and business partnerships.
Conducts in-depth feasibility study for presentation to Shareholders.
Provide operational management and business consultation to Senior Management.
Analysis of business performance in relation to targets and goals, making recommendations for areas of enhancement.
Manages and maintains Quality Management Systems and ensure compliance with International regulations and ISO Standards.
Oversee compliance with standards and regulations of Dubai Civil Aviation and the international oil and petroleum industry.
Develop employee training tools and methods to promote a culture of self learning among employees.
Regular contribution to written newsletters and periodicals, providing professional insight on Jet Fuel and Aviation industry.
Reporting and presentations to Management, Shareholders and Board of Directors on business performance and highlights.
Bachelors Degree from a recognised University
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a similar Business Analysis/Management role
Substantial experience in the Aircraft refuelling business
Must have a proven track record in the Financial and Operational enhancement of the business
Excellent communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English
