Job summary
A leading fulfillment center in the UAE is seeking an Area Manager to oversee teams responsible for various workflows. The role includes managing a team of 80 to 120 associates, ensuring smooth operations, and promoting safety standards. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and experience in process improvement. This position offers a chance to be part of a fast-paced environment focused on exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
- Experience in performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Manage one of the main teams in the fulfillment center.
- Ensure workflows run smoothly and customer expectations are met.
- Drive the training and integration of a team of approximately 80 to 120 associates.
- Promote Amazon’s Health and Safety standards.
