Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in systems engineering focused on ROVs, USVs, or marine robotics.
• Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
• Strong technical proficiency in mechanical design, control systems, and underwater vehicle dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ROV operations and ensure adherence to project goals.
• Collaborate with project managers to execute subsea operations effectively.
• Train and manage ROV technicians to optimize performance.

Education
