Job summary
A leading delivery service in Dubai is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee full operations in the local shops business. You will manage teams, ensure efficient stock processes, and lead vendor relationships. The ideal candidate brings over 10 years of logistics experience, strong analytical skills, and effective communication. Fluency in English is essential, while Arabic skills are advantageous. This role offers the opportunity to drive enhancements in operational efficiency while leading cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in logistics or warehousing fulfillment.
- Experience with operations in e-commerce or FMCG retail is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Manage full operations including team and vendor management.
- Ensure correct stock management and store data processes.
- Develop training and maintenance plans.
