Charterhouse is working with an international single family office structure that is looking for a Director of Investment Operations to grow and lead their operations, supporting the head of the private office and principal across various organizational areas.

About the role

The Director of Investment Operations will oversee operations related to their investments and the wider group. The role is diverse, involving fund structuring, reporting, governance, and CoSec duties. The firm has a global private markets investment strategy, requiring expertise in fund structuring, reporting, company incorporation, SPV management, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. This role is suitable for candidates with extensive private market transaction experience rather than support roles focused solely on trading.

About you

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in operations, finance, or governance, preferably within a lean single family office or investment manager. Given the lean nature of the SFO, candidates should have experience working in smaller settings with a broad scope of responsibilities. Private markets transaction experience is essential.
