An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Brand Loyalty Internship to join Jumeirah Group and Corporate - Dubai.
- Support the development and execution of brand loyalty programs to boost customer retention and engagement.
- Analyse customer data and feedback to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in planning and running promotional campaigns and loyalty communications across email, social media, and newsletters.
- Monitor program performance, tracking participation, engagement, and other key metrics.
- Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor loyalty initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless loyalty program execution.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
