Al Falak Al Ahmar is expanding its technical and strategic consulting team and is now hiring talented Renewable Energy Consultants to support our regional and global projects in solar energy, energy storage, and off‑grid/on‑grid power systems.

We are looking for passionate professionals with strong experience in renewable energy solutions, feasibility studies, technical design, and client advisory services. Whether you prefer on‑site work in Dubai, a remote role, or a hybrid model, we welcome applications that meet our capability and time‑zone requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation on solar energy systems, lithium battery solutions, and hybrid/off‑grid power setups.
• Conduct feasibility studies, load assessments, and technical evaluations for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Prepare technical proposals, system designs, and energy‑production estimations.
• Support procurement, vendor evaluation, and product recommendations for solar panels, inverters, and battery systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and field installation teams to ensure accurate implementation of system designs.
• Deliver project reports, client presentations, and performance analysis.
• Stay updated with renewable energy trends, technologies, and local regulatory requirements.
• Manage client communication and provide ongoing technical support when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Sustainability, or related fields.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on experience in solar energy or energy storage projects.
• Strong understanding of inverters, lithium batteries, MPPT charge controllers, and solar panel technologies.
• Experience with solar design software (PV*Sol, PVsyst, Helioscope, or similar).
• Ability to analyze consumption patterns and recommend suitable system sizes.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
