Job summary
A leading consulting firm based in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support sales operations. The role involves coordinating with clients and ensuring smooth communications between the sales team and operations, alongside managing customer records and documentation. Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business management, marketing, commerce or related field.
- MBA or other advanced qualifications are considered an advantage.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with quotations, proposals and order processing.
- Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records in CRM systems.
- Prepare sales reports, dashboards and follow-up trackers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide after‑sales support.
- Assist in managing client communication and appointment scheduling.
- Track outstanding invoices and coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely collections.
- Ensure timely documentation and order confirmations.
