Black & Grey HR is recruiting a Senior Sales Coordinator for our esteemed client in the luxury building materials sector headquartered in Dubai. This role is ideal for a sales operations expert with leadership qualities who can manage a high-performing coordination team streamline internal workflows and ensure a seamless client experience in the premium sanitary ware tiles or interior design space.

We re looking for a proactive individual with a sharp eye for detail a solid understanding of design/construction materials and the ability to handle complex client and project requirements with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main liaison for key accounts ensuring premium service and timely follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
  • Lead the preparation and review of project quotations, technical documents and order processing with precision.
  • Supervise and support a team of sales coordinators delegating tasks, setting priorities and monitoring day-to-day operations.
  • Onboard and train new team members on product lines, CRM tools and internal coordination protocols.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to foster growth within the team.
  • Optimize coordination workflows and implement best practices to boost operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments (sales, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards and sales activity summaries for management insight and planning.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales coordination leadership role within the luxury building materials, sanitary ware or tiles industry.
  • Strong command over CRM and ERP platforms along with proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset.
  • Background in architectural products or interior design materials is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Confident managing high-value clients and large-scale project documentation.
