Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five‑star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Coordinator to join the resort’s Travel Industry Sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage targeted partner promotions aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate promotional strategies to ensure accuracy, consistency, and system readiness.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on promotional performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Validate promotional offers to ensure they meet deadlines, requirements, and approvals.
  • Prepare, review, and manage partner contracts in line with company and legal standards.
  • Oversee contract execution, amendments, and follow‑ups with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support travel industry partners through effective relationship and account management.
  • Coordinate and support familiarization tours and partner events to enhance engagement.
  • Manage communication between sales teams and partners to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Analyze sales and operational data to support informed decision‑making.
  • Coordinate logistics and administrative processes to support sales initiatives.
  • Contribute to cross‑functional projects and additional tasks as required to support department goals.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business or Hospitality Management.
  • Requires a minimum experience in hotel sales.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and hotel operating systems.
  • Requires strong communication and organizational skills.
