The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by coordinating various sales processes, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your expertise in construction sales will be a valuable asset as you help drive our business forward.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and manage sales activities, including order processing, tracking, and reporting, to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  3. Utilize SAP software to manage sales data, generate reports, and analyze sales performance metrics effectively.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  5. Maintain an organized database of customer information and sales leads, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  6. Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals, tailoring content to meet the specific needs of potential clients.
  7. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely supply of materials for projects.
