Sales Account Manager jobs in United Arab Emirates

PV Market is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to lead our financial operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the trading industry and possess in-depth knowledge of UAE financial regulations including auditing taxation and statutory compliance. This role requires a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Dubai and a proven track record of managing full-cycle accounting and finance functions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full spectrum of accounting and finance operations including general ledger AR/AP bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
  

• Ensure compliance with UAE laws including VAT filings ESR AML regulations and corporate tax.
  

• Manage internal and external audits and ensure timely completion of statutory audits.
  

• Develop and monitor budgets forecasts and cash flow management.
  

• Liaise with external auditors banks tax consultants and regulatory authorities.
  

• Implement and maintain strong internal controls and accounting systems.
  

• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
  

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
  

• Coordinate with procurement sales and operations departments to align financial processes.
  

• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff (if applicable).
  

Key Requirements:

• CA / ACCA / CPA qualified (mandatory)
  

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Dubai
  

• Experience in the trading industry is required
  

• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards VAT and auditing practices
  

• Proficient in Tally / QuickBooks / ERP systems
  

• Excellent knowledge of IFRS and local financial regulations
  

• Strong analytical communication and leadership skills
  

• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines under pressure
