A leading company in the UAE is seeking a Sales Manager for window cleaning equipment and maintenance contracts. You will be responsible for managing the sales team, following up on jobs, and preparing reports. A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience is required, along with a Bachelor's degree.

- Marketing and sales of window cleaning equipment, garbage chute preventive maintenance contracts, repairs, machine works, rental cradles, aluminum and glass works across the UAE.
- Manage the sales team, monitor their performance for future business opportunities, track sales, and update accordingly. Negotiate and close new contracts.
- Follow up on jobs through the office, workshop foreman, and technicians.
- Prepare daily sales reports and liaise with clients.
- Follow up on payments.

- Proficiency in English.
