Nalco Water an Ecolab Company seeks a Corporate Account Manager to join its industry leading sales team in the UAE. Youll be responsible for developing and expanding new and existing national accounts in a selected industry. Through outstanding presentation skills and style youll help our customers be more profitable by saving water energy and waste.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and expand existing and new national accounts in a designated industry segment
  • Design and implement strategic business plans for national accounts
  • Present valueadd products and programs highlighting impact to the customers business
  • Ensure customer service delivery emphasizing the delivery of Nalco Watersvalue proposition
  • Build and secure major new business accounts at the corporate level
  • Partner and lead service and sales teams to ensure that revenue and profit targets are met and delivery of Service Standards are consistent

Territory/Location Information:

  • Location in Dubai UAE
  • Targeted accounts are within the hospitality and F&B industries
  • 30% overnight travel required within the Middle East and Africa region

Training programs are held in the field and at Nalco Water Headquarters in Dubai or within IMEA; travel is arranged and paid for by Nalco Water. Based on your skill level and experience topics covered may include technology product service business and industry acumen direct coaching and mentoring sales management and leadership classroom training and certifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 8 years of technical sales experience in B2B
  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering (chemical mechanical industrial) or life sciences (biology chemistry etc.)
  • Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience
  • Demonstrated large account management successes in selected industry with executivelevel relationship sales experience
