Our client is looking for dynamic and results-oriented candidates for a permanent full-time position of Real Estate Sales Manager based in Dubai United Arab Emirates.
- Lead and manage the real estate sales team.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Guide agents to achieve their targets and close deals.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Ensure team compliance with RERA and DLD guidelines.
- Proven real estate sales leadership experience in Dubai.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market trends and regulations.
- Bachelors degree in Sales Business or Marketing (relevant certifications a plus).
An attractive remuneration package consisting of a fixed salary benefits and a commission on agent sales shall be discussed with the shortlisted candidates.
