A leading furniture manufacturing company in Dubai seeks a Senior Manager for Retail Marketing. This role involves developing marketing strategies for showrooms, managing launches, and enhancing the customer experience. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in retail marketing, particularly in premium sectors. A collaborative mindset and familiarity with GCC retail dynamics are essential.
Our client is within the Furniture business, which is a state-of-the-art, fully automated, one of the biggest in the region furniture plant, including upholstery, cabinetry lines, with a design studio in Italy, catering to global needs. The factory is located across an 84,000 sqm land plot with a built-up area of 50,000 sqm. The companys plant will manufacture a range of products, including sofas, seats, armchairs, chairs, beds, car and airplane seats, assembled flat-pack cabinets for the local market, and export to customers. Additionally, the plan is to establish a presence through showrooms in strategic global markets to enhance marketing efforts.
As the Senior Manager of Retail Marketing, you will be the master of the physical embodiment of all brands. The mission is to transform showrooms from places where customers simply see products into powerful brand destinations that drive footfall, engagement, and sales. You will craft two distinct yet equally compelling retail experiences:
