The successful candidate will ensure seamless system operations, user support, configuration, data integrity and collaboration with functional teams to enhance processes and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Administer, configure and maintain key business systems (e.g., ERP/CRM, inventory management, merchandising platforms) to align with retail operations and business needs.

Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, system access and workflows; perform onboarding/off-boarding of users and maintain data security.

Monitor system performance, identify and resolve issues, coordinate with IT infrastructure, vendor support and system owners to ensure uptime and reliability.

Work with business stakeholders (sales, merchandising, supply chain, finance) to gather requirements for system enhancements; support configuration changes, testing, deployment and documentation.

Maintain data integrity: ensure accurate system master-data (products, customers, locations), perform reconciliations, support reports/dashboards for operational and management use.

Support system upgrades, version updates, patching, testing, and change control procedures to minimise business disruption.

Provide training and support to end-users; prepare manuals, guidelines and conduct sessions to increase system adoption and proficiency.

Create, maintain and distribute reports, KPIs and system metrics; analyse usage, identify improvement opportunities and support continuous optimisation of business processes.

Collaborate with vendors, service providers and internal IT teams for system integrations, third-party interfaces, software patches and incident escalations.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, retail business requirements, regulatory standards and audit controls related to business systems.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years experience as a systems administrator or business systems support role, preferably in retail, consumer goods or similar sectors.

Experience managing ERP or CRM systems, user access control, workflows and data integrity in a retail or multi-channel environment.

Strong technical foundations: user account/admin tasks, system configuration, troubleshooting, data management and reporting.

Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills: able to work with business users, functional leads and IT teams.

Good analytical skills: able to understand business processes, translate into system configurations and deliver solutions.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and comfort working with system documentation, reporting tools and user support workflows.

Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Key Competencies & Behaviours

Detail-oriented and reliable: ensures accuracy, data integrity and stable system operations.

Collaborative: works effectively with business and technical teams, supports user needs and drives system adoption.

Proactive and problem-solver: identifies system/process issues early, proposes improvements and resolves them.

Customer/user-centric: views internal users as customers and delivers high-quality support and training.

Adaptable and resilient: able to manage multiple system tasks, change requests, and evolving business requirements in a retail fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

Competitive salary and benefits aligned with UAE market and experience.

Opportunity to work with core business systems in a dynamic retail/consumer-goods environment and make a tangible impact on operations.

Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with merchandising, supply chain, sales and finance teams and professional development in business systems and retail technology.
