We are hiring a Business Development Manager for one of our clients a rapidly growing technology company operating in the fintech and digital payments space.
The role focuses on expanding merchant partnerships and driving adoption of integrated POS payment and loyalty solutions across the F&B and retail sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional who enjoys building long-term partnerships in a competitive fast-moving market.
Identify engage and onboard new merchant partners primarily within F&B and retail (offline merchants).
Drive adoption of integrated POS Payment Loyalty solutions.
Execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with payment and technology partners.
Build and manage strong relationships with merchants payment providers and strategic partners.
Negotiate commercial terms and close long-term agreements (23 years).
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve growth targets.
Track and report sales performance pipeline updates and market insights to stakeholders.
Stay informed on trends in fintech payments loyalty and merchant services to support business growth.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B and retail sectors (offline).
Experience in online or e-commerce businesses is an added advantage.
Proven experience in business development partnerships or sales preferably within fintech PSP SaaS or payments.
Strong understanding of merchant ecosystems digital payments POS systems and loyalty programs.
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
High ownership mindset with the stamina to perform in a highly competitive environment.
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical operations and marketing teams.
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
