We are hiring a Business Development Manager for one of our clients, a rapidly growing technology company operating in the fintech and digital payments space.

The role focuses on expanding merchant partnerships and driving adoption of integrated POS, payment, and loyalty solutions across the F&B and retail sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional who enjoys building long-term partnerships in a competitive, fast-moving market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, engage, and onboard new merchant partners, primarily within F&B and retail (offline merchants).

  • Drive adoption of integrated POS + Payment + Loyalty solutions.

  • Execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with payment and technology partners.

  • Build and manage strong relationships with merchants, payment providers, and strategic partners.

  • Negotiate commercial terms and close long-term agreements (2–3 years).

  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve growth targets.

  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline updates, and market insights to stakeholders.

  • Stay informed on trends in fintech, payments, loyalty, and merchant services to support business growth.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B and retail sectors (offline).

  • Experience in online or e-commerce businesses is an added advantage.

  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably within fintech, PSP, SaaS, or payments.

  • Strong understanding of merchant ecosystems, digital payments, POS systems, and loyalty programs.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • High ownership mindset with the stamina to perform in a highly competitive environment.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, operations, and marketing teams.

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
