We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Valet General Manager to lead our valet services team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction within a fast-paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the valet operations team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. - Develop, implement, and maintain operational procedures and standards for valet services. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. - Monitor daily activities and performance metrics to optimize service delivery and resource allocation. - Recruit, train, and mentor valet staff to uphold high service standards. - Manage budget and control costs related to valet operations. - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest services. - Address and resolve guest complaints and service issues promptly and professionally. - Maintain vehicle safety and security protocols at all times. - Prepare regular reports on operational performance and suggest improvements.
- Proven experience in managing valet or related hospitality services, preferably in luxury hotels (5-star hotels). - Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on cultivating a positive work environment. - Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal communication abilities. - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively. - Knowledge of vehicle safety, handling, and parking logistics. - Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as required. - Relevant certifications or training in hospitality management or related fields are advantageous.
