- Ensure all engineering reports and deliverables comply with RTA standards and international guidelines (AASHTO, FHWA, TRB).
- Review, analyze, and evaluate engineering reports across departments and provide strategic recommendations to the CEO.
- Lead research, development, and implementation of best practices in traffic engineering, traffic flow optimization, signal timing, and intersection design.
- Monitor global trends and integrate proven international methodologies, innovative engineering solutions, and emerging technologies.
- Provide technical expertise to support executive strategy, major initiatives, and complex decision-making.
- Drive the integration of IoT, AI, big data analytics, digital twins, BIM, and GIS into traffic engineering, asset management, and road maintenance operations.
- Lead the development of climate-resilient infrastructure standards and sustainable paving technologies to extend asset lifespan and meet sustainability goals.
- Oversee feasibility studies and establishment of a Center of Excellence for Traffic Engineering Innovation.
- Develop lifecycle cost and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) frameworks for major infrastructure investments.
- Design and manage advanced risk assessment frameworks for mega-projects using simulation, probabilistic analysis, and scenario planning.
- Supervise critical engineering projects to ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality, timelines, and KPIs.
- Develop advanced traffic simulation, predictive maintenance, safety assessment models, and performance dashboards using real-time data.
- Monitor and guide strategic initiatives, performance metrics, and continuous improvement across engineering functions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager or Head of Department.
Bachelor’s degree in Architectural, Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or a related Engineering discipline from a recognized university.
