What you will be doing:
- Take care of resource planning, manage your team, and support your team's development.
- Assist in leading, mentoring, and training the In-room Dining team.
- Supervise and delegate duties; ensure brand standards are maintained.
- Regularly review house counts, forecasts, VIP lists, and communicate daily between all outlets.
- Liaise with the kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
- Focus on guest feedback and continually seek ways to improve guest satisfaction scores.
Qualifications:
Your experience and skills include:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Degree in hospitality management, food & beverage.
- Well-versed in Restaurant Service/In-room Dining Operations.
- A service-focused personality with a passion for food and beverage.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities; ability to lead by example.
