Responsibilities

• Supervise stewards to ensure high service standards.
• Support team members in training and development.
• Coordinate daily pot‑wash and dishwash duties.
• Maintain cleanliness of back‑of‑house areas according to cleaning schedules.
• Observe health, hygiene and safety guidelines when handling hazardous substances.
• Ensure correct PPE usage and adherence to guidelines.
• Participate in ESG initiatives supporting sustainability.
