The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, coordinating shipments and supervising warehouse staff to maintain smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities including receiving, storing and dispatching goods.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing safety regulations.
• Oversee the loading and unloading of shipments to ensure proper handling of materials.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Prepare reports on stock levels, damages and warehouse performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement and sales teams for smooth operations.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 35 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
• Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory management and logistics.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software (WMS).
  • Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Certifications: Forklift license or any warehouse management certification is an advantage.
