As a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Accor Dubai, you will oversee daily operations, lead a service-driven team, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless dining experience. You will play a key role in upholding service standards, managing staff, and liaising with the kitchen for food quality and presentation.

1. Assist in managing, mentoring, and motivating the F&B operations team
2. Supervise service activities to ensure smooth flow and guest satisfaction
3. Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all F&B outlets
4. Coordinate with kitchen staff to guarantee food quality and timely delivery
5. Support team development through training and daily briefings
6. Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve service issues promptly
7. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols are consistently followed
8. Take initiative in enhancing dining operations and contributing new ideas

Education and Experience:
- Previous supervisory experience in food & beverage or hospitality setting
- Diploma or certification in Hotel Management or related field is a plus
