Job summary
A leading local delivery platform is seeking a Division Manager to oversee a major business unit in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage a team of Category Managers, drive financial performance, and set strategic direction across various commercial aspects. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to build supplier relationships. With over 10 years of experience in commercial functions, candidates will need to excel in P&L management and have a proven record in driving commercial success.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in commercial functions within retail, e-commerce, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record in managing P&L and driving commercial performance.
- Strong leadership experience managing category teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Category Managers across one commercial division.
- Own the P&L performance of the division, managing a business portfolio exceeding €100M.
- Set the strategic direction for assortment, pricing, and promotional plans.
