Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial functions within retail, e-commerce, or FMCG sectors.
• Proven track record in managing P&L and driving commercial performance.
• Strong leadership experience managing category teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Category Managers across one commercial division.
• Own the P&L performance of the division, managing a business portfolio exceeding €100M.
• Set the strategic direction for assortment, pricing, and promotional plans.
