A growing retail company in the United Arab Emirates seeks a qualified retail property manager. This role involves assisting in the expansion strategy, helping with acquisitions planning, and managing site selection and budgeting for new stores across MENA. Qualifications
- Professionally qualified retail property manager required.
- Experience in acquisitions planning and site selection preferred.
- Strong budgeting skills for new store expansion strategies.

- Assist in the store expansion strategy across MENA.
- Drive location selection and fit-outs for new stores.
- Manage budgeting and acquisitions planning for growth.

This role provides an opportunity for a professionally‑qualified retail property manager to assist in the new store expansion strategy, acquisitions planning, site selection and budgeting for our growing business.
With more than 70 brands operating across the Middle East this role gives the ideal candidate exposure to a varied and diverse client portfolio.
