Qualifications

• 3+ years of UAE experience in interior fit‑out or construction.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings and site execution.
• Excellent leadership and coordination skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and design teams.
• UAE driving license and own car are required.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage and oversee interior fit‑out works for high‑end projects.

The ideal candidate has experience in site supervision, understands interior fit‑out processes, is detail‑oriented, confident on site, and able to communicate with contractors, engineers, suppliers, coordinate materials and furniture deliveries, and most importantly ensure precision in the execution of our design.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is progressing according to schedule and the design package;
• Support the clients with the procurement of the FF&E;
• Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to drawings, UAE standards, specifications & safety regulations;
• Provide regular progress reports;
• Identify site issues and propose smart, timely solutions;
• Oversee installation of joinery, MEP coordination, finishes, and FF&E;
• Maintain documentation, snag lists, and site records;
• Conduct kick off meetings, regular site meetings, snagging;
• Support the design team with shop drawing review and approvals, as well as material submittal review and approvals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of UAE experience in interior fit‑out or construction;
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, shop drawings, and site execution;
• Excellent leadership and coordination skills;
• An eye for aesthetics, understanding the principles of design and the local market;
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and design teams;
• UAE driving license and own car are required.
