A leading real estate company in Dubai seeks a Sales Consultant to foster client relationships, conduct property showings, and negotiate sales contracts. The ideal candidate will have over a year of experience in the Dubai market, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. This role includes achieving sales targets through strategic engagement and collaboration with internal teams to ensure compliance and effective promotion.
Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers and property owners to generate leads and referrals.
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
Conduct property tours and viewings for prospective buyers, clearly highlighting property features and benefits.
Stay informed about Dubai real estate market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide well‑informed recommendations.
Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and conditions while ensuring transparency and client satisfaction.
Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and closing processes to ensure smooth transactions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Director of Secondary Sales through proactive sales strategies and client engagement.
Use CRM systems and sales tools to manage client interactions, track leads, and monitor performance.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Legal, to ensure regulatory compliance and effective property promotion.
Maintain and regularly update listings of available properties.
Perform any additional lawful duties assigned by management.
Sales experience in a similar field.
Minimum 1 year of real estate experience within the Dubai market.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai premium real estate market.
