Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Al Jazirah Al Hamra, for a Property Real Estate Agent. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties by providing expertise and local market knowledge. Responsibilities include conducting property tours, building client relationships, negotiating contracts, and managing transactions from the initial inquiry to closing. The agent will also ensure exceptional customer service and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License
  • Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property principles and practices
  • Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in maintaining client relationships and managing transactions
  • Familiarity with the Ras Al Khaimah real estate market is a plus
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
