Job Brief

As a Product Manager (Real Estate) at Wahed, you will be the driving force behind our crowdfunding property investment product within the Wahed app. You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end user experience: from how users discover and invest in properties to the complexities of digital ownership and dividend distribution. This is a high‑impact role involving global launches. You will adapt our real estate offering for different regulatory landscapes while ensuring a seamless, high‑growth experience for our global user base. You will bridge the gap between complex real‑estate operations and a simple, intuitive digital interface.

Job Description
  • Scale Real Estate Crowdfunding product: Lead the product strategy for our real estate vertical, focusing on increasing AUM (Assets Under Management) and user retention.
  • Global Expansion: Localize and launch real estate products across various geographies, navigating different legal frameworks and investor requirements.
  • Optimize the Investor Journey: Enhance the end‑to‑end experience, including property discovery, investment flows, portfolio tracking, and secondary market liquidity.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership: Work closely with the Real Estate Investments team, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering to digitize complex asset‑backed workflows.
  • Data‑Driven Iteration: Monitor investment patterns and user behavior to optimize conversion funnels and product‑market fit in new territories.
  • Stakeholder Management: Align technical roadmaps with commercial targets, ensuring the product supports both retail demand and asset supply.
Job Specification
