Our client is a leading real estate developer in Northern Emirates, is seeking appoint a qualified Business Development manager to join their current team. The job holder shall demonstrate hands-on experience in BD within real estate industry in UAE. He / she shall draw a comprehensive Business Development plan that surely improve the bottom line of the business, identify new business opportunities within sales & leasing market, increase market-share, build-up strong pipeline of potential clients & prospects, in-line with market research analysis and trends, pricing and competitors’ activities. In addition, the incumbent shall keep close eye on sales & leasing operations, by managing potential clients with an objective of reaching the bottom-line in line with the company objectives that enhance the company profitability / cash flow The job-holder needs to build-up a solid & productive client’s relationship at all levels, landlords, potential investors, tenants, and potential buyers, handle aftersales issue positively to ensure client satisfaction, these should be productive in both before as well as aftersales transactions. A substantial part of this role is building a strong & long-term relationship with all parties, such as brokers, brokerage firms, investors, corporates clients and developers. Needless to mention that keep accurate record of all leads, transactions and client iterations are a must to this role, and coordinate all these records with legal, finance and sales-operation to ensure smooth running of the process

The right candidate is a bachelor degree holder in business, marketing or real estate, who has at least 5 years in business development with real estate industry, should prove knowledge about local property laws & regulations, possess strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
