AHS Properties, a leader in ultra-luxury real estate, is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Office Boy to join our Sales Centre team. In this entry-level position, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Sales Centre by ensuring that the environment remains orderly, presentable, and welcoming for clients and visitors. Your role will be vital in helping the sales team create a premium experience for our clientele.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Sales Centre, ensuring it meets AHS's luxury standards.
• Assist with setting up meetings and presentations, including arranging seating and preparing materials.
• Coordinate with the Sales Gallery Admin Manager for the inventory of office supplies and stock necessary materials for the sales team.
• Provide support to the sales team by running errands, making deliveries, and performing office-related tasks.
• Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude, providing a high level of customer service.
• Answer basic inquiries and direct messages to the appropriate personnel efficiently.
• Assist in preparing refreshments for clients during meetings and events.
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment by supporting colleagues as needed.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role in real estate, hospitality, or a customer-focused environment is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a polite, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized space.
