Job summary
A leading real estate company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Real Estate Call Center Agent. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the real estate sector, demonstrating proficiency in data entry and fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English. Responsibilities include managing client calls, providing project information, and assisting in property viewings. Familiarity with CRM software is preferred, and the role is crucial for client satisfaction and relationship management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Call Center Agent in the real estate sector.
- Deep understanding of local and off-plan real estate projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients interested in properties.
- Provide accurate information regarding projects including pricing and availability.
- Assist clients in scheduling property viewings and appointments.
