POSITION SUMMARY

1. Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
2. Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures.
3. Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information.
4. Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals, ledgers, and computers.
5. Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
6. Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified.
7. Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures.
8. Follow-up and resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices until payment in full is received or resolved.

Coordination and Communication

1. Coordinate tasks and work with other departments.
2. Serve as a departmental role model or mentor.
3. Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and meet appropriate quality standards.
4. Report work-related accidents or injuries immediately.
5. Follow all company policies and procedures.
6. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
7. Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
8. Develop and maintain positive working relationships.
9. Support team to reach common goals.
10. Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, pushing, pulling objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds.
11. Perform other duties as requested by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required.
