Job Title: Digital Community Manager - El-Fujairah, UAE

We are looking for a Digital Community Manager to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to interact with the community and build relationships with customers. This role is open to Indian nationals and other English-speaking nationals with no experience required. We are offering visa sponsorship but no accommodation. Both men and women are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers online, respond to inquiries in a timely manner, troubleshoot customer issues, and build relationships with members of the community.
• Create content for social media platforms, track customer feedback and generate reports on customer sentiment.
• Create campaigns around new products/services, and explore new ways of engaging customers digitally.

• Understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
