Overview
Project Manager Data & BI Migration for Banking Project
Own end-to-end delivery of the Data & BI migration program
Responsibilities
- Lead the program covering Oracle DB to Snowflake migration, ODI to Informatica redevelopment, and OBIEE to MicroStrategy rebuild.
- Create detailed project plans, manage dependencies across data, pipelines, and BI tracks.
- Coordinate teams (engineers, BI developers, architects, QA, BAs).
- Manage risks in cloud migration, testing cycles, and stakeholder expectations.
- Drive governance, steering committee updates, and ensure delivery milestones.
Essential skills
- Experience with Snowflake, ADF, Informatica, MicroStrategy, Oracle BI environments.
- Proven record in managing multi-workstream, multi-vendor programs.
Experience
- 10+ years in data/BI projects with large-scale migration programs.
