Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Learning & Development Senior Specialist to design and implement training programs that enhance employee growth within a high-impact government entity. The ideal candidate should be a UAE National with a bachelor's degree in HR or related fields, and possess 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development. Strong communication skills in English and proficiency in MS Office are essential. This role offers the chance to lead innovative training initiatives.

- 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Experience in designing and evaluating training programs across various formats.
Responsibilities
- Identify and assess training needs across departments.
- Design and deliver learning programs, including e-learning and workshops.
- Lead onboarding and induction initiatives for new joiners and managers.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
- Manage training schedules, budgets, and reporting.
