Job summary
A leading global professional services company in Dubai seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support MEP projects. The role requires at least 7 years of experience in cost consultancy, with a strong emphasis on UAE experience. Candidates should be degree-qualified and possess in-depth knowledge of procurement methods and contract administration. This position plays a key part in shaping impactful projects for clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in similar roles.
- Prior UAE experience is essential.
- Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters.
Responsibilities
- Producing and presenting the final cost plan.
- Managing the pre-qualification stage and preparing tender documentation.
- Negotiating with contractors and agreeing final accounts.
