Job summary
A leading hospitality group in Dubai is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee operations across multiple outlets. Responsibilities include maintaining service standards, managing budgets, and leading a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in F&B management in a hotel setting and strong financial acumen. This full-time position requires flexibility in working hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management in a hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including menu planning and event management.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in F&B.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all operations of food and beverage outlets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
