Job summary
A leading location identity solutions provider in Dubai seeks a Customer Success professional to engage with clients, drive value, and manage key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in anti-fraud and identity solutions, coupled with strong skills in data analysis and SQL. This role is central to ensuring client success and optimizing account performance.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience with authentication biometrics anti-fraud digital or mobile identity solutions.
- SaaS B2B experience.
- Previous experience managing medium/large accounts.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in strategy meetings to derive maximum value.
- Support a portfolio of Incognia accounts to combat diverse fraud types.
- Contribute to the maturation of team/company processes.
