Strategic Joinery Procurement & Admin Officer (Dubai)
Job summary
A Dubai-based design and build firm is seeking a Procurement & Admin Officer for their Joinery Division. The candidate will manage supplier relationships, ensure timely delivery of materials, and handle various administrative tasks. Ideal candidates are Filipino or Indian nationals aged 36 or below with 1-4 years in procurement. Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential.
Qualifications
- 1 to 4 years of experience in procurement and administration, preferably within joinery or fit-out sector.
- Open to Filipino and Indian nationals aged 36 years old and below.
Responsibilities
- Source suppliers, negotiate pricing/terms, and issue purchase orders within budget.
- Coordinate closely with design, production, and project teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and procurement summaries.
- Handle general administrative tasks and coordinate with HR and Finance.
