A leading engineering and nuclear services company is seeking an Associate Director in Abu Dhabi. The role requires a minimum of 15 years experience in cost and commercial management, with expertise in FIDIC contracts and team leadership. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation and communication skills, along with substantial Middle East market experience.
