A prominent pharmaceutical company in the UAE is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to strategize and implement initiatives aimed at boosting financial growth. The role requires extensive experience in the pharmaceutical sector, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in business development and excellent analytical capabilities.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, with at least 4 years in a Business Development role.
- Proven track record in pitching for new business.
- Strong working knowledge of Distributor / Agents operations.
Responsibilities
- Strategize and implement Business Development strategies.
- Analyze product distribution needs and propose effective strategies.
- Build relationships with authorities and distribution networks.
